Icom M803 21 USA Marine SSB MF/HF Transceiver
Beschreibung
Icom M803 21 USA Marine SSB MF/HF Transceiver is a long-range digital communication radio designed for cruisers, commercial vessels, and offshore operators. With up to 150 watts PEP of selectable RF output, the M803 supports dependable communication across marine and amateur radio frequencies. Class E DSC certification, a dedicated distress button, GPS functionality, and an IPX7-rated remote controller provide important communication and safety capabilities at sea.
The advanced RF direct sampling receiver provides improved sensitivity and clear audio across continuous receive coverage from 500 kHz to 29.9999 MHz. The radio supports USB and LSB, AFSK, FSK, CW, and AM receive modes, while the dedicated DSC watch receiver continuously monitors the six international distress channels. The M803 can store up to 100 MMSI entries, including individual and group contacts, and Multiple Task Mode allows operators to manage two DSC procedures.
Operation is streamlined with a large main tuning dial, software keys, an alphanumeric keypad, and a programmable microphone button. The 4.3-inch color TFT display offers a wide viewing angle, high-resolution characters, and a night mode for improved visibility in low-light conditions. Instant Replay automatically records received audio so important calls can be reviewed, while the integrated GPS receiver supports GPS, GLONASS, and SBAS data. Position, course, speed, and UTC information can be shared through the NMEA 0183 interface.
The Icom M803 also supports HF e-mail operation with memory for up to 160 frequency channels and connections for a PC and e-mail modem. NMEA 0183 Version 4.10 input and output supports compatible navigation equipment at data rates from 4,800 to 38,400 bps. The package includes the remote controller, microphone, GPS antenna, control cable, DC power cable, mounting hardware, microphone hanger, ACC plugs, and spare fuses.
